Mercantile Blend 250g

This is our coffee collaboration with historical Glasgow Coffee Roasters Thomsons. We wanted to replicate the type of coffee you get in the centre of Milan, strong but not too bitter, we think this is pretty close. A blend of Brazilian, Guatemalan, and Indian beans delicately roasted to a rich ebony hue. Taking the beans beyond second crack delivers an enticing aroma of hazelnut and brown sugar that soon transforms into smooth, smoky and spicy notes on taste. The silky feel is low on acidity, while the abiding memory is a pleasant dry finish across the palate.
