Jackman

Jackman is a factory brand established in Fukui, Japan in March 1949. Mitsugu Tanabe founded TANABE MERIYASU starting with 3 sewing machines in a small room. Mitsugu was fascinated by US Baseball Uniforms and set to start making the Baseball socks for the domestic Japanese market. The brand soon got traction in the market and started to expand and offer more US inspired Sporting Goods. With the emphasis on quality and authenticity the company continues to manufacture high quality garments inspired by Vintage American Sports styles.
